✅ Return Eligibility
We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing parts/accessories in the product
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike of the product, or after usage.
📅 Return Request Window
- You must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
🔁 Return & Replacement Process
- Email us at info@playoratoys.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to self-ship (based on your location).
- After inspection, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- Product is not in stock for replacement
- Product was never delivered
- Order was cancelled before shipping
Refund Mode: Same as original payment method
Timeline: 3–7 working days after approval
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or handling error
- Products returned without original packaging
- Used items
- Orders placed under offers/discounts/clearance sale
